Information about services
PensionSugag.ro makes every effort to present you with maximum fairness the services offered.
RESERVATIONS:
According to the laws in force, the order made on this website is considered a contract between the user and SC Pensiunea Sugag SRL and must be executed by both parties. This means that SC Pensiunea Sugag SRL undertakes to provide the requested services as booked. There is no minimum booking period. RATES
The rates we can offer vary depending on the type of room you choose, availability, day of the week and season. We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we deem it necessary. The displayed prices are in RON and include VAT, these taxes will be evidenced on the invoice or receipt issued.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) and bank transfer.
BOOKING CANCELLATION
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel at least 1 day prior to arrival date for free. In this case, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- Cancellation on the Day of Arrival: If canceled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- To request a refund of the cancellation amount, guests must send an e-mail to our contact address, specifying the details of the reservation and the bank account to which the refund is to be made.
- The return request e-mail must contain the following information:
- Guest’s full name
- Booking and arrival date
- Reasons for cancellation (if applicable)
- Bank account details for the return (account holder name, IBAN, and any other necessary details)
- Return Deadline: the return will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the complete return request. The amount will be transferred to the account specified in the return request email.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
You can check-in from 14:00 until 22:00.
Check-out on the day of departure will be by 11:00.
Early check-in and late check-out is possible upon request, subject to availability, and any additional costs for these services are available at reception.
Guests who check out by 11:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room for 24 hours free of charge.
Baggage left in the baggage room for more than 24 hours may be charged storage fees.
CHILDREN
There is no extra charge for children up to the age of 6 who stay in the room with their parents using the existing beds. For children over 7 years of age, they can be accommodated in the existing room bed for a fee of 30 lei, but the Sugag Pension can provide, depending on availability and for a fee (70 lei), an extra bed.
Young people over 12 are considered adults.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Guests can stay in your room at the Sugag Guesthouse from 8:00 until 21:00 free of charge. If you receive guests between 21:00 and 8:00, they will have to pay the difference of the double occupancy rate and check in at reception.
PETS
We Love Animals, however, the Sugag Guesthouse does not have special places for animals, therefore pets are not allowed.
SMOKING
Because we promote an eco-responsible attitude, smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Pension Sugag. For our smoking guests we have set up a special area outside the guesthouse, an outdoor terrace, covered with tables and chairs, available non-stop. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms, according to the laws in force. In case of non-compliance, additional costs for sanitation will be charged.
PARKING SPACE
Parking is possible in the privately owned parking spaces of the Pension at no extra cost and subject to availability. Although every precaution is taken, we do not accept liability in case of theft or damage outside the hotel property.
SAFETY OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Pension Sugag is equipped with approved electronic systems for monitoring access to rooms. We recommend not leaving valuables in the room or common areas. We are not responsible for items forgotten, lost or suspected stolen from the Sugag Guesthouse
Environmental Protection:
Bed linen and towels are changed after 3 days of stay or on request by the guest for a fee.
Guests are kindly requested to leave their linen or towels on the floor in the bathroom when changing.
Copyright
The site and all its elements (Web graphics, texts, programs, etc.) are protected by copyright law. The use without our consent of any element contained in this website is punishable under applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
As a result of the legislation in force, the guesthouse has no responsibility for:
Delays or no-shows at the accommodation, which will be charged to the client
Damages, damages, losses occurring during the stay which are the responsibility of the client
Erroneous information provided by the buyer. It has the possibility to correct personal data at any time

CODE OF CONDUCT
Behavior in the Guesthouse:
Please respect public peace, do not disturb the comfort of other guests, especially after quiet hours (22:00).
It is forbidden to use the utilities of the rooms and the hotel outside.
Damages or damages caused will be paid by the perpetrator or their legal representative.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
If you contact us by e-mail, fax or through this website, we will be allowed to contact you in the future to send you promotional materials and offers or to inform you about events we are organizing. We will never use your name or information without your prior consent. You will have the opportunity to let us know if you would like to receive this information in the future.
The guesthouse guarantees the confidentiality of all guests’ personal data. Personal data collected when making a reservation or in order to provide tourism and catering services will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases where the Guesthouse must comply with the obligations imposed by the legislation in force.
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the company Pensiunea Sugag S.R.L. collects and processes the personal data of its customers only for the purpose of providing tourism and catering services.
The information recorded is intended for use by the controller and is communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, the data subject’s legal representatives, the data subject’s processors, the controller’s authorized representatives and other companies in the same group as the controller.
The customer has the right of access to data, the right of intervention and the right to object to personal data, these rights may be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13, 14, 15 of Law no. 677/2001. Thus, any person can exercise the rights listed above by sending a written, dated and signed request to the company Pension Sugag, jud Albă, Sugag, str Grosestilor Nr 1, in which the identification data of the person concerned, including the correspondence address, as well as the data on which the intervention is requested, the justified reason and the manner of intervention, will be mentioned. Also, the person whose data are processed has the right to request, without any justification, free of charge, in writing, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, dated and signed, that personal data are not processed by the Pension
